These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 7stonez ("Platform"). Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services on this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

7stonez reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of 7stonez services, users are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated funds and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 7stonez will never request your password through any communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact 7stonez customer support immediately.

Information provided during registration may be subject to identity verification. 7stonez reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before approving withdrawals or activating certain bonuses.

3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

Users agree to use the 7stonez platform solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose. The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to exploit the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.

Users are not permitted to:

  • Transferring, selling, or giving an account to another party
  • Using another person's account information without authorisation
  • Acting in any way that undermines the integrity of the games or harms other users
  • Posting offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's technical systems
  • Using a VPN or proxy to bypass the platform's geolocation system

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the 7stonez platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is valid, belongs to them, and is active. 7stonez does not accept payments from third-party accounts.

Deposits will be credited to the user's account upon successful verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method — e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost are typically instant, while online bank transfers may take up to a few minutes. 7stonez is not liable for any delays caused by third parties or financial institutions.

Withdrawals are subject to full account verification. Prior to the first approved withdrawal, users may be required to submit identity verification documents. 7stonez reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review or where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity. 5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

7stonez reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in cases of terms violation, fraudulent activity, multiple account use, or for security reasons. Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, remaining funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons will be notified and given the opportunity to claim any eligible balance through a review process.

Limitation of Liability

7stonez is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no guarantees against service interruptions, technical errors, or unforeseeable data loss. 7stonez's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7stonez platform — including designs, logos, graphics, text, software code, and game materials — is the exclusive property of 7stonez or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

The 7stonez platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 7stonez is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Amendments & Applicable Law

7stonez reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 7stonez platform shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate arbitration body or court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
